About Us

A taste of the imperial city

Huế was the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty — and its royal kitchens gave Vietnam some of its most refined, intricate dishes. The Duong Family opened Hue Oi in 2011 to share that heritage with Southern California, and it quickly became a Little Saigon favorite.
